Product FAILS

These are products that I personally feel are fails in both the *apparent* need for them and also for just poor planning on designers parts. My opinion only, so take it all with a grain of salt and possinly a nice stiff drink to up the hilarity.

First we have...The BJ Light!
Really? You need a light for this? Ok, so going down on your man or woman may not be the most graceful thing at times but it's pretty easy to do with a ceiling light, floor lamp or candle giving you some sort of light in the room if you need it. Most do it in the dark so why need a light to begin with? Plus the fact that it looks like a headset for telemarketing...

Next we have... Chicken in a Can!
Ok ewww...gelatinous pre-cooked fowl in a can...in it's own nasty gelatinous looking 'gravy'. I'm not even sure that is gravy and frankly, the idea of what it could be makes me ill. I've seen videos on YouTybe showing people eatting this stuff and gagged the whole time. In fact, most of them were gagging too so it's obviously as hideous in taste as it is in looks. I'd rather eat Spam.

And last, but certainly not least since I have a ton more weird things to add later, are the Horse Undies!
Seriously Japan, WTF!? I...I can't even talk about these save that they give whole new meaning to "Ride the Pony"...

Until next time my friends...stay weird!

Long time no see....and also... BOOKS!

Well my lovelies, it's been quite a while since my last post and for that I do apologize. Life it seems really does have a talented way of getting in the way. But I am back and as my welcome back post I bring you odd books I've found and truly want for my library if only for the sheer morbid curiosity they will bring to me and any guests I may have.

All of these I've found in my wanderings on the Net, pictures from Google.

Toilet Paper Origami By Linda Wright
Now, I love Origami but making something out of the paper used to wipe your bum? Um...no thank you. I'd rather scrape up the cash to buy actual origami paper.

The English: Are They Human? by G.J. Renier
Really? You actually had to question this in the 1930's? I just know this book will turn heads if it was sitting on a coffee table!

Dead Pet: Send Your Best Little Buddy Off in Style by Andrew Kirk, Jane Moseley
All I can say on this is WOW...kitten strapped to a rocket... *facepalm*

Bowl Better Using Self Hypnosis by Jack Heise
Somehow I really want to see someone do this...maybe if I get this book someone I know will want to try it and then we shall see if this works!

Bombproof Your Horse: Teach Your Horse to Be Confident, Obedient, and Safe No Matter What You Encounter by Rick Pelicano, Lauren Tjaden
I am sorry but I laughed my tookus off when I saw the title to this. I am all for training your horse for total obedience but seriously, couldn't they have just called it Training your Horse against all Encounters? You had to have the large type as Bombproof Your Horse? Bombproof? WIthout reading the rest of the title you're sure to think your poor horse is about to be used in the dang bomb squad or if you use this book you will now have a Horse Super Hero! Or at least that's what I thought, but then again I am a little odd.

Till next time all, have fun reading! By the way...all of these are avaible on Amazon, lol!

Food Cars...the new Craze?

I have a whole computer file on cars made up to look like paid advertisements for foodstuffs but these are just a few of the ones I've collected. I'm oddly fascinated with this apparent rising craze...I just can't figure out why it started or why it seems to be gaining in popularity plus the fact that a majority seem to be using the same type of car.

I mean, seriously? You want to ride around in a food mobile? Is this a wierd version of 'Pimp my Ride'? If you love a certain food enough that you paint your car to look like it, you might need some professional help. A- you waste money, B- you look nuts and C- you're obviously too obsessed with it to be let off your leash alone.

Whatever possesses people to do this, it doesn't seem to be dying off like one might hope, it seems to be getting worse. Which makes me weep for my fellow man...

Strange and Fabulous Animals

I'm a huge fan of the strange and odd in the natural realm. Most animals that people think are ugly or just too weird for words I adore; I root for the underdog and I think they're all beautiful in their own weird ways.

So I present to you dear readers, a collection of the weird, the ugly and the strange! Enjoy and for information in each, the Interwebs hold it. Go search, it's part of the fun!

The Colugo

The Aardvark

The Binturong

The Giant Armadillo

The Streaked Tenrec

The California Condor

The Andean Condor

The South African Giant Snail

The Giant Snakehead

The Triops

The Giant Anteater

The Barreleye

The Deep Sea Isopod

The Vampire Squid

The Jacob's Sheep

The Sucker-footed Bat

The Fossa

Those are all for the moment, I'll make another list of strange and wonderful critters at a later date. Hope you enjoy this list for the time being!

Creepy Doll

Wow...I've already got a phobia of porceline dolls but this just scares the daylights out of me.

Now, I have no problem with the whole prosthetic thing, it's a great thing for people that are missing limbs and I wholly support the use and advancement of them, but a doll? How creepy can you get? The dull lifeless eyes in these things are scary enough but lopping off a leg or two? Just creepy if you ask me...I mean, dolls like this already look like zombies out to eat your brains but now they're missing their limbs and have prosthetics? Ugh...I don't know who makes these and I'm not sure I want to but to each their own I suppose. But for me, if I ever got one of these, it would be a 'burn it with fire' moment in my house...
